I cannot tell you how much we enjoyed doing business with you and getting to know your entire team and craftsmen. We are so happy with our project and I am ready to meet with you and cover my plans for the Study (second bedroom) and get a proposal from you on the next phase of work if you guys are interested. I know our jobs are not very big, but maybe they will fit in between some of your larger projects.
Below is the small punch list that needs to be completed. We are anxious to get it finished and get your final bill so we can settle up and then start on the next project. We are so pleased with how things look, we really want to do the entire rest of the loft, probably in two or three consecutive separate projects and stages.

We would like to provide this positive feedback for CAIN Construction. My wife and I first discussed our kitchen remodeling project with CAIN at the 2010 Home Improvement Show. The staff at the show and their office was very helpful, knowledgeable, and informative. We were impressed with everyone’s friendless and professionalism. All of their subcontractors and employees went beyond our expectations and were very willing to do anything to complete the project. Each craft worked well with the other and cooperated to minimize the project schedule. Expenses were managed to track project cost while allowing us flexibility of selecting different materials. We were surprised by the daily cleanups from each worker; this reduced the effects on the other parts of our house as the remodeling was being done.
We will recommend CAIN Construction & Design to our friends because we believe that CAIN will exceed their expectations. CAIN finished our project in a timely manner and within an approved budget.
